1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
To cancel, contact us immediately at roataudio@gmail.com or call +91-9873380540 with your Order ID.
If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
b. After Dispatch
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
You may still be eligible for a return or refund as per our Return Policy.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Order canceled before dispatch
Item not delivered due to courier issues
Defective or damaged item received (with proof)
Refund Process:
Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
Items returned after the return window (7 days)
Used, damaged, or altered products
Personalized or custom-made items
4. Return Shipping
If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge.
In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
