How do I place an order on TeddyBuddy?

Simply browse our collection, select your favorite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel, email us at support@teddybuddy.in with your Order ID as soon as possible.

We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[insert amount, e.g., ₹499]. Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below this amount or COD orders.

Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email us at support@teddybuddy.in immediately with the correct details.
