Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at roataudio@gmail.com or call +91-9873380540 with your Order ID.

  • If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

b. After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • You may still be eligible for a return or refund as per our Return Policy.


2. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Order canceled before dispatch

  • Item not delivered due to courier issues

  • Defective or damaged item received (with proof)

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items returned after the return window (7 days)

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Personalized or custom-made items


4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge.

  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund, contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for cancellation or refund

  • Photo/video evidence (for damaged or defective products)
